History
It is an initiation wine which highlights the Chardonnay : this univerrsal grape variety shows in his cradle region Burgundy its most perfect expression (Montrachet, Meursault, Corton-Charlemagne, Chablis or Pouilly-Fuissé)
Vinification and maturing
Fermentation in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperature (between 18 and 20°C) to preserve the fruit. Bottling after 6 months aging on lees in oak barrels (including 15% new oak).
