The winery

The winery is situated just a few metres from the Clos Antonin Rodet as you enter the village of Mercurey. We also make wine in the Château de Mercey cellars. We have modern equipments which satisfy the quality requirements established:

• Concrete vats – Their good thermal inertia allows the control of the alcoholic fermentation and the wine must is siphoned smoothly;

• Rotomatic thermo regulated vats – The mashing system is integrated to the vat which allows  us to adapt the degree of extraction according to the  state of the grapes.

• Manual and vibrating sorting tables.

• Pneumatic presses having a capacity of 9 & 3 tonnes.

• Stainless-steel vats (varying from 10 to 75 hL)
