Origin
Vins de France is a quite new denomination (2009) for wines produced and sourced from different wine regions in France. It is a great opportunity for our winemaker to express the House skills with wines showing a steady style and unique personality and perfectly reflecting Antonin Rodet’s commitment towards the enhancement of French terroir, more specifically Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Vinification and maturing
Vintage : 2025
Harvesting began in mid-August and stood out for the impeccable health of the fruit and perfectly controlled ripeness. Fermentations took place under calm, well-managed conditions, encouraging a pure and precise expression of the grape variety.
The Grande Sélection Chardonnay 2025 reflects a demanding vintage, in which careful control of ripeness and respect for the fruit were key to revealing a wine of great accuracy, combining concentration, freshness, and harmony.
