The House was founded by Antoine RODET in 1875, then passed down to his son, Antonin who managed the business until his death in 1939. The Marquis de JOUENNES, son-in-law of Antonin RODET, took over direction until 1978, at which time he passed the torch to his own son-in-law, who managed the House until October 2003. In 1991, the House opened its capital to Champagnes LAURENT-PERRIER.

In 1997, LAURENT-PERRIER resold to WORMS & CIE, which changed its name to <a href="http://www.sequanacapital.fr" target="_blank">SEQUANA CAPITAL</a> in May 2005. In July 2007, Xavier Dufouleur took the succession of Philippe Vidal and devotes, from this time, all his skills and energy to a new development of the group RODET/DUFOULEUR. His management integrates a clearly expressed priority to consolidate the wine position of house ANTONIN RODET.
